  1. Creme Patisserie : wisk gula dan telur hingga rata, masukkan Maizena.. masak susu hingga panas tapi tdk mendidih.
  2. Temper susu kedalam campuran Telur Maizena, aduk rata, kembalikan ke panci susu masak hingga meletup” matikan, beri 1 sdt vanilla essence.. sisihkan hingga dingin…
  3. Creme d’amande : siapkan bahan.
  4. Mix gula dan butter hingga tercampur rata,.. masukkan telur, wisk.. masukkan Almond flour, wisk gingga tercampur rata, beri 1 sdt Rum / toffeco bakar.
